Wemp and Smith Construction Ltd. was founded in 1986 by partners Fred Wemp and Chris Smith, both native residents of the Kingston area. The Company started off in the business of building residential homes and eventually grew to take on the challenge of larger scale commercial projects. Over the years, Wemp and Smith Construction has become a well-known and respected operation in the industry for Kingston and the surrounding area.
