Fran & Peter Fleming House
In January of this year we decided to have a new home built. We interviewed a number of builders in the area. We also looked at new homes that some of these builders had completed.
Wemp and Smith Construction Ltd. was our builder of choice. We liked the construction methods and finished product that we saw in their projects.
We never looked back.
The friendliness of their staff and openness to listen to us, as owners, was great. We worked directly with Tammie, Donnie and Derrick and any concerns or questions were immediately looked after. Everything was done in a professional manner and done well.
We are very pleased with our home and needless to say, it is the prettiest home on the island.
