You can browse the web to get ideas or magazines and bring anything that your feel can help us envision what you are looking for. Even if you have a hand drawn plan with room sizes and layout with your wish list of finishes you could get a budget quote so you can plan your project.
Site Inspections
1Be sure to have your site looked at for feasibility of your plans, septic and well if you are building out of a serviced area. We can provide a septic layout for your site and we are also qualified septic installers, we are your one stop shop for your new home! For renovation you must make sure that you are within the required setbacks and that if you are doing an addition or renovation that it does not affect your current septic loads.
Drawings
2We have subcontractors that could provide drawings upon request and an in house design team to get you started.
Final Quote
3Once you have drawings your are ready to get a solid quote.
Construction process begins!
4Upon acceptance of our quote a contract is drawn up and we begin the journey of the construction process once the building permit is in hand.
